HeroDevs
CurrentSenior Software Engineer, Revenue
2024 — Present
- Pipeline adoption accelerated quickly: its most recent six months generated 2.5x the ARR of its entire first nine, including a single $5.2M TCV deal.
- Designed, built, and shipped HeroDevs Revenue, an internal revenue platform (Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes) that integrates Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Asana, sales call recordings, help desk data, and many other tools across the business, with SSO, role-based access control, and 100+ MCP tools that let sales, product, and leadership query live revenue data and operate the entire platform directly from Claude or ChatGPT.
- Designed and launched an agentic dependency analysis and vulnerability scanning pipeline that turns any customer input (SBOMs, manifest files, spreadsheets, text files, even images) into a best-effort SBOM in seconds, with full transitive dependency coverage. What once took days of error-prone manual work now runs at scale, and every analysis surfaces uncovered dependencies that become new product requests.
- Re-platformed every multi-stage AI pipeline onto Mastra as durable, observable workflows with native scheduling and automatic retries, replacing hand-rolled BullMQ and cron state machines, and hardened the runtime with strict authentication and access control.
- Built Product Investigations, an agentic research system that evaluates whether any open-source technology can be commercially supported, so the product team can vet the technologies behind each product request faster. Investigations that once took days, or over a week when many technologies were involved, now complete in minutes.
- Built Technology Usage Tracking, an agentic process that classifies technologies across customer dependency files, surveys, and call transcripts to surface product leads.
- Built AI call intelligence for every recorded sales call, including automatic classification, transcript search, per-team analytics, and Call Sensors, which compiles natural-language intent into deterministic extractors that improve from human corrections.
- Started as a one-person department and grew it into a three-person Revenue Engineering team with onboarding processes for continued growth, earning leadership buy-in for each initiative along the way.
- Authored the team's agentic-engineering standard: deterministic-first design, bounded tool inputs and outputs to prevent cost runaways, per-call cost tagging, and a required eval for every agent.
- Became the go-to person for automating manual processes with AI across sales/revenue and product, helping drive the company's broader adoption of AI tools.
